This palace-like house surrounded by a moat is a luxurious residence situated in the Redland Metro Miami area, covering an expansive 5.6 hectares. It's undoubtedly spacious and offers a magnificent appearance.

Designed and built by Charles Sieger in 2007, this palace house is constructed with high-quality materials and furnishings. Its design provides a private feel with various attractive natural surroundings. Charles Sieger's house is equipped with an entrance gate, a formal garden, and various other architectural elements surrounding the main building.

The house gained further fame by hosting a wedding. Notably, it was the wedding of the basketball player Dwayne Wade and the renowned actress Gabrielle Union in 2014.

In designing this house, Charles was inspired by Chateau de Chenonceau, located on the River Cher in France. He found comfort in seeing the building above water. Moreover, the palace seamlessly blends with its natural surroundings.

There's only one main road leading to this house. At the front of the house, visitors will cross a long bridge adorned with plants on both sides. The symmetrical appearance of the exterior enhances the visual appeal. A garden serves as the entrance to the main building. By climbing a few steps, visitors reach the front of the main building.

The exterior of the house is adorned with white and gray colors. Details such as metal and steel fences and dragon statues provide a Gothic appearance to the house. The house's appearance is immaculate and impressive, leaving a positive impression upon arrival.

The two-story main building has an equally captivating interior. The furnishings, including sofas, carpets, and lamps, appear luxurious in the living room. Additionally, high ceilings provide a refreshing atmosphere as air circulates effectively. White walls throughout the interior reflect light from outside into the rooms.

Various rooms inside the building are filled with luxurious furnishings. From clean lines to intricate details and understated colors, the ambiance is calm and comfortable.

The kitchen and dining area are located in one room. The entire space is adorned with dark wood furnishings, creating an elite and lavish atmosphere. The dark wood color imparts a natural and warm feeling. The choice of material welcomes guests warmly, and the dark wood stands out in contrast to the floor and ceiling colors.

The house itself boasts 8 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms are designed to suit their locations within the main building. For instance, this particular bedroom is designed in white and gold, exuding a luxurious ambiance. It is simple with minimal furniture, and gold decorations define the room's character.

In contrast, the bedrooms in the attic area are designed to be warm and exotic. The bed is adorned with floral patterns and natural colors that make the room cozy. Additionally, the room has fewer windows, making it comfortable for sleeping. The room's unique design, following the shape of the roof, adds to its charm.
