The construction of this building was initiated by local residents named John Drake and Henry Clothier, and they completed it in 1998.

Try to guess what animal this building resembles. Yes, you're right, it's an elephant! The Elephant Building, as it's called, is a multi-story building in Bangkok, Thailand. The collaboration between Dr. Arun Chaisaree and architect Ong-ard Satrabhandhu resulted in this 32-story, 102-meter-tall building. Standing tall in the Chatuchak area, this cool building is used for offices, apartments, banks, a plaza, recreational areas, and a post office.

This building might look funny with its multiple colors, but its shape resembles a snail, complete with eyes, nose, mustache, and horns. Hahaha... This unique house is the residence of a local architect named Simeon Simeonov in Sofia, Bulgaria. The five-story family home incorporates antique furniture from Simeon's ancestors. The house even has whimsical beetle-shaped radiators on top. Quite charming, isn't it?

This cute pink pig-shaped house is located in San Antonio, USA. In the past, the area known as Frank's Hog Stand used to be a pigpen and slaughterhouse with a pig-shaped sign. Now, it's no longer a pigpen or slaughterhouse, but this pig-shaped building has been preserved and stands as a restaurant.

New York City is known for its tall skyscrapers. However, in Flanders, New York, USA, you'll find a unique building that resembles a giant duck. The Big Duck, as it's known, was built by Martin Maurer in 1931. This 6-meter-tall and 5-meter-wide structure served as a store to sell ducks and duck eggs. It's no wonder the building looks like a duck!

The unique TK (Kindergarten) building is located in Karlsruhe, Germany. Its architecture is modern, with a checkered pattern and glass used as the cat's eyes as well as windows.

Starting in the 1960s, sculptor Claude K. Bell began building a structure to attract customers to his Wheel Inn restaurant. It's quite unique, as it's shaped like a dinosaur! This structure is made of a steel frame and expanded metal grid. Now, the giant dinosaur structures serve as a museum and accessory shop.

8. Dog Bark Park Inn, Amerika Serikat

In Idaho, USA, there's a building shaped like a giant beagle dog! It's called the Dog Bark Park Inn. This 9-meter-tall structure has been a hotel since 2003. The unique hotel was designed and built by Dennis J. Sullivan and Frances Conklin. However, if you want to stay here, you need to book well in advance because the hotel only offers 2 dog-themed rooms. Interested?

Well, in Cileungsi, Bogor, West Java, there's a building that, when seen from above, looks like a giant garuda bird. The building, Graha Garuda Tiara Indonesia, is a hotel owned by the family of President Soeharto. Unfortunately, its construction stalled in 1997 and now it's abandoned. What a pity!

The most famous attraction on Kartini Beach, Jepara, Central Java, is this giant tortoise-shaped building. The building looks like a giant tortoise, and inside it, there's a giant aquarium with an underwater tunnel. You can observe marine life and various large fish in this giant structure.

You don't have to go abroad to find unique structures. Indonesia also has a remarkable and unique building named Keong Mas Theater. This snail-shaped building is located in the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah complex in Jakarta. Inside this building, various films about Indonesia's environment and culture, as well as blockbuster movies, are screened. This theater has a seating capacity of 926 people! Impressive!

As you can see, this building resembles a horse. Scottish architect Andy Scott designed and built these "giant horses" from structural steel with a stainless steel skin.
