Who doesn't know Hello Kitty? The pink Japanese cat has captured the hearts of many. It's not just themed cafes; some Hello Kitty enthusiasts are even willing to design their homes with a Hello Kitty theme. They go beyond just using pink and white colors and incorporate Hello Kitty shapes and figurines throughout their entire home.

One woman, Connie Sim, a 60-year-old from Singapore, has shown the world what it means to be a die-hard fan. She designed her house with various Hello Kitty merchandise, spending SGD 1.2 million (equivalent to Rp 12 billion) to renovate her home inspired by the cute cat.

It's not just the wallpaper; even kitchen appliances like toasters, coffee grinders, blenders, rice cookers, and even food baskets are adorned with images of this iconic Sanrio character. Hello Kitty even follows you into private areas like the bathroom, with Hello Kitty-shaped toilet paper holders, toilet seats, and even soap.

In reality, the homeowner isn't necessarily a die-hard Hello Kitty fanatic; she just happens to love pink and white colors. However, since she wanted a themed house, and considering that one of her friends loves Hello Kitty, she decided to turn her home into a classy Hello Kitty-themed abode that would look spectacular.

The house is filled with thousands of Hello Kitty-themed items. Not all of them serve a practical purpose; some are purely decorative. However, it's not just furniture that's imbued with the Hello Kitty spirit; various items such as cell phones, hair dryers, irons, sewing machines, as well as clothes and pajamas, all feature the same pink cat theme.

Some of these items are never actually used but are collected instead. She often buys these items from her favorite stores and has traveled to several countries like Hong Kong, Japan, and Taiwan to find Hello Kitty merchandise, which has now become a hobby.

On the third floor of the house, the Hello Kitty theme is evident on the sofa, carpet, fans, and lamps. From top to bottom, every room is adorned with unique decorations. The ceiling, for instance, has lamps that display the face of the mouthless cat prominently. Even the Hello Kitty fan looks sweet inside the room.

In the basement of the house, Sim showcases two Hello Kitty-themed entertainment rooms. These rooms are used for karaoke and mahjong. They are open to friends and family to gather and spend time together. Both the mahjong tables and chairs look adorable with cat illustrations.

Surprisingly, the owner of these unique and cute Hello Kitty-themed items is a mother with three adult children in their 30s and 40s. Her children support her happiness. For Hello Kitty lovers, this place is a museum and a paradise dedicated to Sanrio's iconic cat.
