This 95-square-meter loft in Bratislava is efficiently and attractively designed for its residents. The interior atmosphere of the loft has a casual design and minimal space. The room, located just under the roof, displays the steel structure of the roof, giving an industrial character to the loft. The addition of natural materials also makes this dwelling feel more comfortable.

Designed for a family of four, the house is divided into daytime and nighttime areas for practicality. The daytime area includes spaces like the hall, kitchen, dining room, and living room. In contrast, the nighttime area consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

The living room in this house is warm and cozy, with plenty of natural light from large balcony windows. The room also looks clean and spacious with well-placed furniture. Electronic equipment such as a stereo and a computer is stored in storage cabinets. What's unique is that the TV is suspended from the steel structure.

The combination of white, black, and pine wood complements each other beautifully inside the house. White walls and white cabinetry create a neutral atmosphere, while the black roof structure becomes a focal point in the room.

The corner of the living room is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, designed and tailored to fit the room. The wide armrests make sitting on this sofa very comfortable.

The loft features a two-level layout, with a mezzanine made of steel. The lower area is used for gatherings, while the mezzanine is used for book storage. Unique netting, instead of traditional railings, ensures safety for those on the mezzanine. There are also beanbag seats for relaxation and reading.

In addition to the main rooms, there's a shoe cabinet by the entrance for shoes, jackets, and keys. A hidden sliding door separates the public and private areas in the home.

Proper lighting is essential in the loft. Different rooms require different lighting, and choosing the right lighting can create the desired atmosphere and be beneficial for eye health.

The TV in the house is a flat-screen TV suspended from the steel structure, which can be directed towards the living room or the dining table, providing flexibility. The dining area can even double as a workspace if needed.

The dining table, made of timber wood with metal supports, can seat eight people due to its length. The wood's natural color stands out against the white surroundings. Natural light from the windows showcases the beauty of the timber wood.

The kitchen is designed in an L-shape, with a hidden pantry at one end, and its door matches the kitchen cabinets. One of the focal points in the kitchen is the colorful mosaic ceramic wall. Besides using ceramic and MDF materials in the kitchen area, the stainless steel sink also adds a luxurious touch.

In the bedroom area, pine wood flooring dominates among the white elements. The bed linens and bedding match the gray sofa in the living room. The wardrobe design is simple, combining a minimalist look with functionality. Each bedroom also has access to an outdoor balcony.

The bathroom features a shower area with built-in seating, designed with consideration for the family's children. Although the homeowners initially requested a bathtub for their kids, the architect chose these elevated seats, which will remain suitable as the children grow up. The raised seats make bathing more comfortable for both parents and children.
