Yael Perry, the interior designer of this room wants this small looking apartment room to look spacious and bright. Therefore, he gave only one color to the 42m2 apartment space, namely white. But if white alone will make the room flat and not liven up the atmosphere, so this room is also inserted with a contrasting color, namely black on the furniture.

Perry gave a touch of white parkeet floor, painted the entire room white, and put white furniture equipped with black. The design of the room when it has not been renovated really does not match the personality of the new owner. There is no storage, no wardrobe, and the bathroom is too small. So the new owner asked Perry to change the design of his apartment room.

The space that is too narrow in this apartment cannot accommodate two rooms, namely the family room and dining room, so the function of both rooms is made in one place. The furniture chosen is also quite unique in shape, as seen on tables and chairs which are indeed a request from the owner of this space himself. This unusual formation and selection of furniture will definitely affect the overall concept and design.

The parabolic dining table and curved chairs give a relaxed and flexible impression to this room. While the chair named Kite Chair is the work of Karim Rashid. Made of polyethylene that is formed wide in the seating area and the shape is like carrying very comfortable to sit and lean on. For her kitchen room, Perry chose a white cabin with a black oven to give a contrast to the kitchen. The invisible cab handle also gives this area a neat and clean feel. In addition, switches and all electrical contacts are also placed in the cabin.
