If you choose to live in a coastal area or near the beach, this concept is perfect for the design of your home. The house design by architect Visbeen is created for you to enjoy the beautiful beach atmosphere from your home. Each room in this house design creates a warm ambiance that connects with the outdoors.

This house consists of two parts: the front and the back. The front part has three floors, with the main area located on the second floor of the front part, while the main area of the back part is on the first floor. The main floor includes several rooms: a balcony with a direct view of the beach, a living room, a family room, a kitchen, a dining room, and a garage.

The kitchen in this concept is designed to be attractive, with the choice of high tables, similar to what we often see in nightclubs, accompanied by tall chairs in the middle of the room. The selection of modern and minimalist kitchen sets, along with coordinating colors, makes this kitchen look inviting and encourages you to spend more time in it.

Moving on from the kitchen, we have the modern dining area that is situated on two sides of the house but still integrated into the chosen concept. One side of the dining area is used for breakfast, while the other is the main dining area. The breakfast area is intentionally separated to allow you to enjoy the sunrise and beach view in the morning while having your meal.

The upper floor at the front consists of one bedroom, one master bedroom with a private balcony offering a direct beach view, an en-suite bathroom within the master bedroom, and a common-access bathroom. Additionally, there is a workspace with an equally appealing view and a laundry room. Above the garage in the back, there are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a living room. This upper back floor serves as a bonus space that can be used for guests or relatives who may need to stay for several days.

Moving on to the design of the lower floor at the front, Visbeen has created it as a space for gatherings, complete with a large kitchen, a guest bedroom, and a comfortable and fully equipped bathroom. This lower level also features a spacious terrace for relaxation and family gatherings, and not to forget, a swimming pool has been added to the front terrace as an attractive feature.
