A French artist named Lor-K has a creative idea to transform used mattresses to look new. The shapes created are not ordinary, but they resemble food! Lor-K designs the used mattresses in such a way that they resemble the actual food.
Lor-K named this project 'Eat Me,' which means 'Eat me.' He used repurposed mattresses and blankets that were painted and decorated. Not just a few, there are 23 designs of used mattresses that he transformed into works of art. He displayed all of these artworks on the streets around Paris.
What do your favorite foods look like?
1. Fruit Pie. Really looks like the real thing! Lor-K cut used mattresses into pie shapes and added various fruits made from painted mattresses.
2. Donut. The mattress is shaped like a donut and covered with a colored blanket. Sprinkle with "chocolate sprinkles" made from mattress cuts. Epic!
3. Waffle. Could be an inspiration for your mattress! Just cut and paint the used mattress to resemble a waffle, attach brown cloth as the sauce, and a bundle of a blanket as ice cream.
4. Satay. The creative artist transformed the mattress into thick and thin square shapes in brown, yellow, and red colors. Resembles real satay, doesn't it?
5. Pizza. The mattress is shaped like a triangle, layered with a red blanket, and topped with mattress cutouts painted to resemble toppings. Your pizza mattress is ready!
6. Caramel Cake. Stacked layers of used mattresses painted in brown and white. Truly resembles a caramel cake. Looks tempting, doesn't it?
7. Charred Hotdog with toppings. A green blanket and round red and white mattress cutouts stacked with two large cut oval mattresses. Your hotdog mattress is ready!
8. Sandwich. The making is similar to the hotdog mattress, only this one is triangular in shape.
9. Fried Chicken. This popular dish didn't escape Lor-K's attention. He rolled and painted the used mattress in brown. Then added small white mattress cutouts as the bones. Don't forget the tomato sauce made from a rolled red blanket.
10. Sushi. This Japanese dish is made from rolled used mattresses covered with black cloth! As the filling, Lor-K cut small mattresses painted in green and orange. Resembles sushi with salmon filling, doesn't it?
11. Taco. A tortilla filled with vegetables and seasoned meat is made from used mattresses and blankets. Believe it?
12. Burrito. This mattress is folded, different from the others, and only folded. In the middle, there are pieces of brown and yellow mattress and a green blanket.

13. Black Forest Cake. The mattress is cut into triangles, painted brown, then stacked in threes, and finally covered with a white blanket. Topped with small mattress cutouts in brown, white, and red.
