The Nomads Bus: A School Bus Transformed into a Hostel Tha

Certainly, many people love all things related to travel. Starting with their passion, Val and Tim came up with an idea, The Nomads Bus. The co-founders of this bus are a married couple. Along with their child, beloved dog, and guests, they explore Europe in this unique vehicle.

Each season, they offer various destinations. For example, in the summer, they choose to explore Spain and Austria in the winter. Inside the bus, there are 6 beds for guests, a wood stove to keep warm in the winter.

They emphasize that this bus is like a moving hostel. Guests who explore countries with them are treated like family. Enjoying the travel experience together fosters camaraderie between guests and the bus owners.

Not only do Val and Tim travel, but they also dine together. Of course, the food they choose is healthy and delicious. You could say they become tour guides at their own hostel.

The hostel itself is equipped with several facilities. This includes beds and bedding, entertainment media like a guitar, mountain bikes, skateboards, volleyball, and even an outdoor cinema using a projector. Not to mention the attractive roof deck that can be used for socializing and enjoying the surrounding scenery. Their journey is not just about exploring cities; it also involves various adventures like hiking or exploring nature on safe terrains.

Inside the bus, there's more than just sleeping space. There's a kitchen and washing area, as well as a dining space. The bus also has storage space. However, due to limited space, guests are encouraged to use duffel bags instead of suitcases. Inside the bus, there's also a shower and toilet for personal hygiene.

The interior layout of the bus is unique and beautiful. Various LED lights and the use of wood materials create a warm atmosphere inside the bus. You could say the bus is designed to be friendly and inviting. Plus, the facilities provided are not much different from a typical hostel, including breakfast and dinner.

The shower area inside the bus may be small, but the mere presence of this facility is quite attractive. When guests are tired and need refreshment, a shower becomes one of their necessities. Especially after outdoor activities that require extra energy, such as hiking, biking, or other outdoor activities.
