Laura Clark, a graduate architect, convinced the government to sell her the abandoned public toilet land.

Laura's initial idea was to transform the public toilet into an underground bar, but unfortunately, the government did not approve it due to zoning restrictions for business purposes. As a result, she decided to use the location as her residence.
