Some plants have dry leaves and branches that don't fall directly to the ground, so simply sweeping them is not enough. The leaves still stick to the tree, even when dry, such as palm leaves. Brown and withered leaves will make the garden look less green and dirty. We need to cut them with garden scissors and tidy up the shape of the plants.
