A Container House with Stunning Interior! Minimalist and Bright!

The Kate, a 32-square-meter container home, is designed by Tiny House Building Company located in Fredericksburg, VA. It's not just a small house; it also boasts a luxurious and stunning appearance.

On the exterior, the house resembles a typical shipping container, enveloped in cedar wood and topped with a copper roof. Wooden doors and windows adorn the house, allowing for improved comfort, air circulation, and natural light inside. The house has a certain height, so there's a staircase in front of the door to reach the elevated floor.

This $85,000 home features a bright and clean interior. The floor is designed with brown maple wood, creating a specific pattern within the dwelling. This wood material is combined with white colors throughout the interior, from the walls to the furniture. This combination of materials and colors prevents monotony and adds contrast, especially with the wooden floor.

Upon entering the house, visitors are greeted with storage shelves. These shelves can serve as a mudroom, where shoes and other belongings can be stored.

To the left of these shelves, there's a fully equipped and luxurious kitchen. Shaped in a U-design, the kitchen includes a double-door refrigerator, stove, and a cleaning area. The kitchen countertop is made of marble, providing a shiny and clean appearance.

The cabinets beneath the countertop can be used for kitchen equipment storage, while the hanging wall shelves can hold food items or easily accessible kitchen tools. The window at the end of the room is excellent for air circulation and lighting in the kitchen. Ceiling lights provide ample illumination throughout the area. Additionally, there's an exhaust fan above the stove to remove cooking fumes from the home.

In the central area of the house, there's a comfortable sofa for a living and relaxation space. This area can also be used for dining. With windows and curtains, it offers privacy to the room.

In contrast to the kitchen, the opposite end of the house functions as a bathroom and laundry room. When you open the door, you'll see a toilet and a sink that protrudes inward.

The shower area is in the adjacent room, covered by a curtain. With dimensions of 90 cm x 90 cm, this area is relatively spacious and not cramped for showering. The closet area for hanging clothes is located next to the shower room. Laundry facilities include a washing machine with a dryer.

This tiny home has two bedrooms in the loft area. Both bedrooms can be accessed via a staircase, which also serves as a storage shelf at the bottom. The staircase is equipped with black iron pipe railings for safety when ascending to the bedroom area.

Each bedroom has a King-sized bed. The bedrooms also come with railings for safety, storage space, bedside tables, and reading lights. Heating and cooling systems are installed for comfort in this mini container home.
