A house located in the highlands of Varese, Italy, boasts a simple yet beautiful design. With a total area of 260 square meters, this residence, designed by Studio Ecoarch, spans two floors. Interestingly, the house features a separate vehicle parking area underneath, which appears detached from the main house building.

The landscape and vegetation that adorn the entire house undoubtedly make this residence open to light and air. The house's design with large window openings and a spacious green garden provides a refreshing atmosphere for its occupants. When looking out into the lush garden, there are many natural elements that are pleasing to the eye. The use of materials in the house is also quite unique, with sliding partitions and glass windows.

The combination of white and wood brown on the exterior gives it a simple and minimalist impression. The rigid and vertical lines of the window frames create patterns on the building, preventing it from appearing monotonous and making it more visually appealing from the outside.

Upon entering the interior of the house, occupants are greeted by a spacious living room. This room also serves as a family area that provides a sense of comfort within the home. With its doors and large windows that can be opened, fresh air can easily flow into the living space. However, in case of excessively hot weather or too much sunlight, the outer wooden partitions can be used to provide shade and enhance privacy.

Next to the living room, there is a dining area with an adjoining kitchen designed with simplicity in mind, featuring an all-white color scheme. Behind the dining table, there are open shelves for book storage and decorative items, adding a touch of decor to the interior. Right next to these open shelves, there's a white door leading to a discreetly designed bathroom and various service areas.

The kitchen, designed in a corner of the room, is efficiently utilized with a well-designed window set between the walls. The combination of open and closed shelving creates a neat and simple look within the same space. The all-white color scheme allows the natural light to bounce off, brightening up the room. The dark wooden floor adds an elegant and contrasting touch to the overall design.

The upper floor is dedicated to more private spaces, featuring two bedrooms: the master bedroom and a children's bedroom. The master bedroom comes with a closet for clothing storage and an ensuite bathroom, while the other bedroom has a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms are decorated in an all-white color scheme, and the large windows provide ample natural light and ventilation. The design is simple yet comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere for the inhabitants.

The bathroom is designed with a soothing color palette of cream for the walls and furniture. It still incorporates touches of white in bathroom fixtures such as the bathtub, sink, and toilet. In the ensuite bathroom of the master bedroom, the bathtub is positioned by the window, offering a serene view of the lush surroundings. Taking a bath while enjoying the green scenery can be a truly relaxing experience.

The house also features a spacious balcony on the second floor. This area allows residents to enjoy the breathtaking urban views below. Of course, it can be used as a relaxation area by adding comfortable chairs and a table.

The various unique features of this house can be readily seen by its residents and visitors. For example, there is a wooden partition door on the exterior of the residence that can be opened and closed to make the room more comfortable and private. Additionally, the elevated entrance is quite unique, as it is located at a different height from the main road.
