On the ground floor of this apartment complex, there is parking space available, as well as a lobby leading to the residences on the upper floors. In this area, elevators and stairs are visible, serving as vertical circulation access. The design of the lobby or apartment hall is considered simple yet beautiful. Walls made of wooden boards are elegantly arranged, complemented by marble floors with abstract patterns. Cactus plants are also seen decorating the space.

The building houses both duplex and triplex units. Duplex units are two adjacent family residences with separate entrances. Triplex units, on the other hand, are residences divided across three floors within the apartment building.

With the use of concrete as the structural material, the building feels sturdy and grand. The interior can be easily customized. There are two types of balconies within the units: a smaller one attached to the bedrooms and a wider one facing the front. Balconies create a sense of openness and spaciousness in the unit while still providing privacy through partitions.

One of the rooms in the unit is neatly arranged and well-integrated into the central space. The kitchen, dining area, and family room are all within one clean and simple space, predominantly featuring wood material and a white color scheme. The selection of furniture is crucial to ensure the apartment feels open and spacious despite its size.

The bedroom design, with one side adorned with a glass window, brings a refreshing and comfortable atmosphere into the room. Coupled with wooden floor and bed furniture, it accentuates a natural ambiance. With this design, the bedroom feels brighter and provides a sense of freshness in the morning.

One unique aspect of this apartment building is its outdoor area on the top floor. In the triplex units, the outdoor area is private and part of the residence.
