If you choose to live in a coastal or beachfront area, this concept is highly suitable for your home design. This design by architect Visbeen is intended to allow you to enjoy the beautiful beach atmosphere from your home. Every room in this home design creates a warm ambiance that connects seamlessly with the outdoors.

This house consists of two parts: the front and the back. The front part has three floors, with the main section located on the second floor of the front part, while the main part of the back section is on the first floor. The main floor includes several rooms, such as a balcony with a direct view of the beach, a living room, a family room, a kitchen, a dining area, and a garage.

The kitchen in this concept is designed to be visually appealing, featuring a high table and tall chairs commonly seen in nightclubs. With the choice of modern and minimalist kitchen sets in coordinating colors, the kitchen becomes even more attractive and inviting, making it a place you'd want to spend time in.

After discussing the kitchen, let's now move on to the modern dining area concept, which is situated on two sides of the house while remaining integrated with the chosen design. On one side, the dining area is used for breakfast, while on the other side, it serves as the main dining space. The separate breakfast area is intentionally designed to allow you to enjoy the sunrise and beach view in the morning while having your breakfast.

The upper floor of the front section consists of one bedroom, one master bedroom with a private balcony offering a direct beach view, an ensuite bathroom within the master bedroom, and a common-access bathroom. Additionally, there is a workspace with equally captivating views as the other rooms and a laundry room. Above the garage (in the back section) are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a living room. This upper floor in the back serves as a bonus space that can be used for guests or relatives who may need to stay in the house for a few days.

Meanwhile, the design of the lower floor in the front section, created by architect Visbeen, is dedicated to hosting gatherings. It features a large kitchen, one guest bedroom, and a comfortable full bathroom. This ground floor also includes a spacious terrace for relaxation and hosting parties with your extended family. In addition, a swimming pool is added to the front terrace as an attractive feature.
