Do you live in an apartment? Or a tiny house that's just enough for you and your small family to rest? Perhaps a dining area is no longer in your mind due to the limited space, but the methods below can be a solution for you to create a dining space without needing a separate room in your apartment or house.

In an apartment in New York City owned by a designer named Danielle Armstrong, due to space constraints, creating a dedicated dining space was not possible. This led to a creative solution where a wooden board was attached to the wall as a foldable table. Foldable chairs were placed nearby to save space in the apartment.

Small kitchen designers in Sweden opted for a pull-out table concept to save space in their apartments. This table is built in the middle of a drawer in the kitchen, as seen in the picture below. Isn't it interesting? From having no dining space, it becomes a dinner spot for two as soon as the food is ready on the stove.

3. Cafe Corner

You might have dreamed of incorporating your favorite coffee shop concept into your home; now is the time to make it happen. A designer named Tiffany from the blog Offbeat + was inspired to apply this concept when she didn't have a dining area in her apartment. She added a bar table to the window corner of her apartment and added beautiful high chairs to enjoy food and drinks while gazing at the street outside.

In a 86-square-foot apartment in Paris, they chose to build a dining table inside a cabinet, which can be fully pulled out when needed and used in any room because the table is very light and flexible. This is a quite ingenious idea for those who don't have a dedicated dining space in their apartment or house.

Opting for a small table might work if you don't have a specific dining area. The kitchen concept in New York City by designer Ashley Whittaker uses a slender white table placed in the kitchen corner facing the window. Adding a bright yellow small chair can be utilized as a dining spot without needing a separate dining room.
