Having a charming home is undoubtedly everyone's dream, but each person has their own definition of their dream home. Whether it's minimalist, simple, or even glamorous, it's up to the individual to decide.

But not according to Magnus Storm from Storm Architects this time. Inspired by the existence of superyachts, this architect has an idea to design a superhouse, a super luxurious residence intended for the wealthy in secret locations around the world.

The first collection of house designs is located in a private bay around a Mediterranean island that is kept secret. Of course, to get to this place, the owner has to go through winding mountain roads or can be reached by helicopter. At the front door, a solid facade of local stone is presented.

The architect states that the creation of this superhouse not only highlights luxurious design but will also influence the lifestyle of its owners. This superhouse itself shows the character of its owners and how they spend their time with their hobbies.

The large swimming pool is directly facing the sea. In addition, the pool has no boundary fence on the outside, creating an infinity pool effect. Apart from swimming, the owner can also relax while sunbathing and enjoying the beauty of the nature in their private bay.

The design of the stairs is also remarkable. With a spiral concept, the staircase to the upper floor is made without handrails and is wide enough to pass through. With this design, the modern impression of the house is strongly felt. The first floor area is used as a cozy living room or family area, especially with the beautiful view.

On the second floor, there is a private area for the owners, namely the bedroom. The use of glass windows that surround one side of the building is intentionally designed to showcase the beach view.

There is also an office and an art gallery in the superhouse, which are very charming. The skylight is also perfectly matched with the spiral staircase design that surrounds the gallery. It's just right for admiring art pieces, such as stars, at night.

In the outdoor area, right next to the pool, there is a beautiful gathering space. With a circular design and a fireplace in the middle, the owner and their family will feel more intimate.

Oh, by the way, unfortunately, this superhouse design will only be available in limited edition. It's around 30 houses for 30 clients. The first design is given the identity 00/30. Each house will later be marked with a subtly and discreetly engraved house number on its facade. Of course, they will still design according to the character of their clients. So each house will be different depending on its owner.

So, are you interested in becoming one of the owners of this superhouse?
