Designed by Word of Mouth, this villa features a Mediterranean-inspired design that blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings. With a total area of 684 square meters, this villa, a project from 2018, is beautifully situated with beachfront views.
This extensive property is divided into various buildings, each with its own distinct function. Starting from the entrance area, there is a parking area, and visitors are greeted by a unique fish pond. The fish pond is adorned with large stones designed to resemble a pathway, allowing people to walk across it towards the inner part of the villa.
In the vicinity of this villa, there are two buildings, each consisting of two floors but with different shapes and functions. The rectangular building serves as the main structure where daily activities take place. Meanwhile, the smaller building opposite it is used for villa staff accommodations and guest rooms on the upper floor.
After passing through the fish pond, residents enter the kitchen and dining area. There are partitions to ensure that upon entering, one does not immediately see the dining table or the kitchen but rather enjoys the view towards the distant fish pond and the beach. The dining room's design can be considered unique with its distinctive triangular table as a focal point in the room. At the end of the room, you can see the open kitchen area.
On the triangular table, there is a lamp at the bottom that makes the room feel illuminated. Additionally, there are wooden chairs that fit perfectly with the table and the overall structure. A cool natural atmosphere can be seen in the room. Meanwhile, on the ceiling of the room, there is a net installed. The netted relaxation area can be enjoyed from the floor above. Residents can sleep or relax in that area.
For the next space, there is an indoor and outdoor gathering area. This space has a lower ceiling height compared to the kitchen area. With comfortable sofas and a wooden table, it's perfect for casual gatherings with family and friends. The room is equipped with a ceiling fan. Additionally, the floor and carpet that decorate the room make this area feel cozy. The Mediterranean atmosphere with natural and beach views fits perfectly inside the villa.
Not only is there a suitable area for relaxation, but on the ground floor, there is also a media room where various forms of entertainment are available, such as watching together or engaging in various other activities.
The indoor and outdoor areas are separated by wide-span folding glass windows. Of course, the outdoor seating area with bamboo woven chairs looks very authentic and distinctive. Furthermore, there is air ventilation in the ceiling made up of neatly arranged bamboo structures.
There are three bedrooms inside the main building. From a bedroom with a double bed to a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has a varied arrangement but with a similar theme featuring various shades of blue. From dark blue to light blue, it is present in the curtains, blankets, and pillow cushions. These colors undoubtedly make the rooms feel fresher and visually comfortable.
Not only are there bedrooms, but bathrooms are also available in the room across from the bedrooms. These bathrooms, equipped with a bathtub and sink area, create a cheerful and refreshing ambiance. Some bathrooms have an enclosed area surrounded by bamboo, while others feature concrete walls.
Each bathroom has a different design, from bathrooms with attached bathtubs and integrated sink areas to those equipped with a relaxing seating area inside. The separation between the bathing area and the toilet is achieved with transparent curtains, which certainly provide a more open and less rigid feel compared to having a solid door. They are spacious and beautiful!
In addition to the bedrooms in the main building, there is also a guest bedroom in a separate building. This guest bedroom is uniquely designed to ensure the comfort of its occupants. On the outer part of the building, bamboo decorates the surroundings. Inside, you can feel a Mediterranean-style natural atmosphere in the wooden materials and the theme of white and blue colors.
Not only is there entertainment and relaxation inside the house, but there is also a spacious swimming pool area complete with sunbathing and a bar. The elongated swimming pool is surrounded by a circular deck floor. On both sides of the pool area, there are curved stones that create a seamless appearance. One side is equipped with comfortable lounging and cushions, while the other side features a bar that enhances the relaxation experience at this villa. This swimming pool also serves as a connection between the villa buildings and the beach.
Meanwhile, at the end of the villa area, near the direction of the beach, there is a circular bonfire area. This area can be reached through a pathway from the swimming pool area.
