The house designed by Besonias Almeida Arcquitectos has excellent integration between its indoor and outdoor spaces. Named Aranzazu, this house occupies a 264 square meter plot of land, which has been efficiently utilized to create a comfortable and refreshing living space. The presence of various trees, which are part of the existing landscape, enhances the overall ambiance of the property.

Located in a residential area established in 1968, the property was already lush with vegetation. It featured a variety of trees and shrubs, providing a fresh green environment for the surroundings.

The architect carefully considered the natural surroundings when designing the house. A large oak tree can be seen at the entrance of the house, creating a unique and striking visual. The client's request was for a house with various permanent functions in its spaces, all interconnected between the interior and exterior.

The choice of materials for the house includes exposed concrete combined with wood, which breaks away from a monochromatic impression and adds an attractive and beautiful aspect to the residence.

The landscape design plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall appeal of the house. Preserving the main trees and leaving the natural soil uncovered by concrete floors were fundamental design decisions.

The house is divided into two floors, each serving different purposes. The ground floor functions as the public area where guests can explore various rooms. Meanwhile, the upper floor is reserved for the private area, accessible only to the homeowners.

The ground floor includes a living room with a fireplace, a guest bedroom, a dining room, a kitchen, a family room, and a relaxation area by the swimming pool. There is also parking space for three cars.

One of the most appealing features of the house is the semi-open picnic-style family area overlooking the swimming pool. In this family area, residents can relax or dine together while enjoying direct views of the house's interior courtyard. This space, enclosed by concrete and glass, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for family members.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom located between them.

One interesting detail on the second floor is the connecting corridor between the master bedroom and the smaller bedrooms. This corridor features a staircase and large glass windows that provide a view of the tall tree in the interior courtyard. Additionally, bookshelves and storage units on this floor have a consistent design with those on the ground floor, creating a sense of unity and connection.

The extensive use of glass walls within the house creates a sense of spaciousness and seamless connectivity between rooms. The combination of cool concrete and warm wood materials enhances the comfort and character of the house. The trees that grow on the property blend harmoniously with the building's form, creating a visually and environmentally inviting space.
