A villa located in Badung, Bali has a total area of 637 square meters. Designed by Parameter Architecture, this residence is situated in the limestone hills of the Uluwatu area. This sea-facing dwelling offers beautiful views outside the building. The villa's overall design consists of four bedrooms, a dining area, a family room, and a swimming pool with a deck.

The villa itself consists of two floors: the ground floor and the basement. The basement floor is used as a service area, featuring a maid's bedroom and a kitchen. Additionally, there is a parking area on this floor. Various utility rooms are also located in this area.

To enter the villa, visitors will pass through two front doors. The frontmost door is considered as the gate to the transitional area leading into the house. The interior of the house is very private and not easily visible from the outside. High walls surround the villa's compound. The front door itself showcases a modern and sturdy design with a square frame and neutral colors.

After entering the front door of the house, visitors will step into a transitional area where there is a fish pond behind a perforated partition. This transitional area is adorned with green gardens and a pathway leading to the glass door into the house. From this transitional area, one can catch glimpses of the rooms inside the villa through its glass walls. The presence of this inner courtyard adds a unique and refreshing touch to the house.

Upon entering this house, the dining room and the family room are the first things one sees. The three main spaces – the dining room, family room, and kitchen – are located in one open area in the middle of the house. Without partitions, this area becomes a public space that fosters a more intimate atmosphere among its occupants.

The dining room consists of a wooden table and comfortable chairs. The fairly long table can accommodate around 10 people, creating a formal yet warm ambiance, enhanced by the unique pendant lights that surround it.

In the family room, which is located right next to the dining area, there are comfortable seating sofas and a television. This space is perfect for bonding with family or friends who are staying in the villa. The wooden walls that adorn the room serve to harmonize the family room with the other spaces. The wood's color also camouflages the entrance to the bedrooms, which are located just behind the television wall.

Each bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a closet. Only the master bedroom has a bathtub in its bathroom, while the others are equipped with showers. The master bedroom also offers a more attractive view due to its location, which appears to float above the swimming pool. The glass enclosures on both sides of the master bedroom allow for beautiful views to be enjoyed while sleeping or waking up. Additionally, the swimming pool can be directly accessed from this master bedroom.

The villa also features a terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and the sea view. This terrace is covered with a roof, providing protection from rain and the hot sun. It is furnished with sofas and hanging chairs, creating a relaxing outdoor space. Ceiling fans are installed on the terrace to keep the area cool and comfortable.

The villa has a functional roof space. The roof of the house is utilized as an open gathering area. It is covered with green grass and furnished with comfortable seating sofas.

The design of the villa's architecture, both in terms of its form and orientation, is well thought out. The entire space benefits from natural sunlight through the glass walls in various areas and fresh air through its ventilation. The development of the design and the selection of materials have been carefully considered to showcase a modern resort-like appearance with local touches, ensuring that the building retains its unique identity.
