Nha Trang House is located in a tranquil area in the city of Nha Trang, Vietnam. The approach by KA Studio, the house's designer, is to create a space where the owners' family can spend time peacefully, calmly, and leisurely together.

The house is designed with a simple aesthetic. This three-story building maximizes the usage of living space and designs more relaxation areas around the house. There is ample space for open garden areas surrounding the building, making the house feel cooler and more comfortable.

The garden in this house is not limited to just the ground floor but also extends to various open sides with balconies. These areas are comfortable and ideal for basking in the sunlight and sea breeze. Rustic plants complement the balcony garden, creating a relaxing and soothing atmosphere for the homeowners.

The house is designed with numerous open spaces to allow the owners to connect with nature. To create a boundless living experience, the architect has cut down walls within the house, creating more open spaces that seamlessly blend with the outdoors. Wooden rails and large glass panels serve as connectors between these spaces, providing a sense of openness and spaciousness.

The ground floor features common functional spaces such as the living room, kitchen, dining area, entertainment space, and a bathroom. The furniture in the house is kept simple and functional. The interior is designed with a modern style, arranged neatly for comfort.

In the dining and kitchen area, there are doors leading to the flexible garden area, maximizing the connection between the interior and exterior spaces. This setup allows the homeowners to enjoy dining with a view of the garden, even during rainy weather.

The entertainment space is uniquely designed with transparent glass frames, creating a serene atmosphere and providing privacy to those inside. People in this space can enjoy activities while still being aware of what's happening in other parts of the house.

A U-shaped wooden staircase serves as the circulation area from the ground floor to the second floor. The second floor is a quieter and more private area, with less direct sunlight and breeze. This floor is equipped with glass frames and wooden frames to make the relaxation space brighter. The vertical wooden frames also act as partitions and shading, particularly on the second floor.

The second floor features the main bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, a smaller bedroom, and a terrace with plants as a relaxation area. The main bedroom has its own private terrace, allowing the homeowners to relax in their own space.

Finally, the topmost floor also has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. However, this bedroom is smaller than the one on the lower floor. In addition to the bedrooms, this floor also includes a prayer room and a laundry area.

This comfortable house design embodies the architect's vision of creating a space where the owners can enjoy quality time with their family. With its simple design, it provides a place of happiness and togetherness for the homeowners.
