This three-story house located in the residential area of District 6, Vietnam, boasts a modern and luxurious design. Designed by Nelo Decor, the 600 square-meter house stands out with its distinctive brown color amidst the surrounding buildings, making it easily recognizable. Beyond being a residential dwelling, this house also features an office space at its front.

The transformation of its shape begins with a series of box-like structures arranged in varying sizes, eventually evolving into a new form that is asymmetrical yet uniquely captivating. Its seemingly simple and minimalist appearance is complemented by an eco-friendly design. From the exterior, one can already see various plants and trees adorning the house. Moreover, the abundance of openings allows for easy airflow in and out of the living spaces.

On the ground floor of the residence, there is an office space parallel to the house's vehicle garage. The office is designed with glass doors and windows at the front for easy visibility. The office area is separate from the living quarters, with a corridor and a bathroom located in front of the office. In the central area, there is a living room, a dining area, and a kitchen that are seamlessly integrated into an open space at its core.

The front entrance to the interior of the house is attractively designed on the side. After passing through the garage area, right next to it, there is a corridor and a wooden brown door. With several decorative sculptures and variations in elevation, it delineates the boundary between the house and the office within. What's unique is the exterior appearance of the subdued-colored stone arrangement, which presents a clean yet textured look.

The living room, which also serves as the family room, is adorned with sofa seating and a uniquely shaped coffee table. The floor and walls are designed in bright colors, while the furniture features darker shades. In the living area, a carpet is added to the floor to create a warmer atmosphere for the occupants.

Also visible is the dining table with its dark wood color, giving an elegant impression. The dining table is quite long, accommodating up to 10 people. The harmonious design of the table and chairs adds to the overall appeal of this space. Additionally, bubble-shaped pendant lights adorn the room, providing a unique and bright ambiance.

In the kitchen area, the ceiling is not as high as in the living room or dining area. It has a unique and vibrant appearance with rhythmic wooden decorations on the ceiling. Cabinets and a refrigerator serve as complementary furniture in the kitchen. Right at both ends of the kitchen, there are doors; one leads to the pantry and the backyard, while the other leads to the restroom.

The central area, which is a void space with a high ceiling, features a wide glass wall on one side. From the inside, you have a direct view outside, where there is a rectangular swimming pool and a vertical garden on the pool area's wall. Apart from providing beautiful views, this glass wall allows maximum natural light and fresh air to enter the room. Besides enjoying the refreshing pool from inside, the homeowners can relax on circular chairs in this comfortable and cool space.

As for the second floor, which can be reached through the staircase or elevator, it leads the occupants to a long corridor. This corridor guides to two bedrooms at each end of the building. In addition to the bedrooms, at the back area, there is also a laundry room and a space for drying clothes.

The bedrooms at the back of the building are designed with an all-white theme and feature unique walk-in closets. These closets allow the residents to display their shoe collections on the bottom shelves. The bed is positioned to face the outdoor view on one side, while on the other side, there is a complete en-suite bathroom with a shower area and a toilet with a sitting toilet. These bedrooms exude a clean and highly minimalist aesthetic.

The second-floor bedroom at the front of the building is designed with a balcony. Similar to the previous bedrooms, the hallmark of minimalistic design is the white walls. The bed is positioned to directly face the glass window that leads to the balcony area, providing a beautiful view. In addition to chairs and a table, the balcony is adorned with plants around the railing, adding a sense of freshness and serenity when waking up and enjoying a cup of tea in the morning.

Moving to the top floor, there is the luxurious and captivating master bedroom of the homeowners. Alongside the master bedroom, there is also an entertainment room and an outdoor terrace area where the homeowners and their family can relax, host barbecue parties, or simply enjoy outdoor dining in the open air.

The luxurious room that dominates the third floor of this residence boasts a bedroom and bathroom that can be considered quite spacious. One side of the bedroom is equipped with a glass window, making the use of curtains necessary if the sunlight is too glaring. The bedroom area also features a desk and chair, providing the residents with a space to work or read books. A unique bookshelf partition serves as a perfect addition to the room's interior.

Behind the bedroom area, there is an open bathtub space. Its spacious layout provides a comfortable relaxation spot for the homeowners. Additionally, on the other side, there is a window that allows views of the outdoors. The toilet and shower are in a separate space adjacent to the bathtub, while in another section, there is a minimalist and elegant walk-in closet with grid shelves for storing bag and shoe collections.
