House with a Tower? Why Not? Here's a Unique House in India Located at the Summit
The tallest buildings in the world are typically associated with skyscrapers and high-rise structures, often used for apartments or commercial purposes. However, this private residential house you're mentioning is different. Standing at a height of over 37 meters, it boasts a truly unique design.
Perhaps at first glance, this house may resemble an old, neglected building that we often see in horror movies.
But what you might think is not correct. The main entrance is ready to welcome visitors to a house that holds various surprises inside. This residence is owned by an architect from Phoenix, England, named Mr. Sukumar Pal. He realized his home with the concept of a single-family home, which is a standalone building within its environment.
He constructed the building in the Arizona desert after conducting hundreds of studies on the prospective location of his residence. With a total building area of 6,200 square meters, Sukumar Pal successfully realized his childhood dream. The house, spanning 12 floors, features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with an elevator serving as a means of connection between the floors.
The various rooms in Sukumar Pal's house offer quite a visual treat due to their glass walls. This is evident in the dining room as well as the living room. With such beautiful views, guests are sure to feel more comfortable and inclined to linger when visiting Sukumar's residence.
The interior design is also quite captivating. The harmonious combination of colors between the tables and chairs, along with the surrounding furniture, contributes to creating a serene and natural atmosphere. Above the living room, there is a staircase leading to the tower, where residents and visitors can enjoy a 360-degree view of the surroundings.
Sukumar designed his home to face both sides. His bedroom itself is adorned with a glass ceiling and windows to maximize natural sunlight reflection. When he opens the windows, he is greeted with a view of mountains and the San Francisco hills. Quite fascinating, isn't it?
One of the unique and equally fascinating features of the house is its ability to absorb natural light, allowing the rooms to remain warm or cool as desired. The house isn't equipped with heaters or air conditioners, making it environmentally friendly. Besides being impressive in its design, it's also eco-friendly, truly a dream home in many respects.
The bathroom equipped with a bathtub is elegantly designed with ceramic tiles on the floor and walls. With the serene view from its window, residents can enjoy a refreshing bath while surrounded by nature. Bathing in this house undoubtedly becomes a luxurious way to indulge in some quality "me-time" comfortably.
As previously mentioned, this house features a tower that offers beautiful panoramic views of the entire area. The outdoor area is indeed the highlight of this residence and adds significant value to the private home. Each day, the residents can start their mornings with these views and a cup of tea to enhance their mood and happiness.
Unfortunately, after Sukumar Pal's wife passed away, he decided to sell his private home for approximately 1.5 million dollars.
