This two-storey residence is designed not as a full building but as a green space inside. When entering the house through the door, visitors will see a mini garden with a wide door opening into the house. Not to forget the glass roof and vines also decorate this area. There is also a living room window that provides a green view when guests sit in it.

The wide living room is well organized with a unique arrangement of sofas and coffee tables. The sofa, which is also equipped with a wide cushion, can be used for lying down or just leaning back. The floor of this room is also unique. Gray ceramics are combined with French-style patterned ceramics in the middle of the room. A large painting adorns the wall.

dining room and kitchen area

Moving on to the next room in the house, you can see the dining room with the kitchen area in the next room. The dining room has a fairly high ceiling due to the void on the second floor. Similar to the living room, the dining area has a patterned tile design in the center of the room. The hanging round lamp is one of the unique pieces in the room. There is also a staircase to access the space above.

While in the kitchen, the motif found on the residential floor appears on the walls of the room. In this kitchen, there is also a door to the service room in the form of a laundry room and also the road to his garage. With wooden cabin furniture, and a white kitchen table, a natural and minimalist blend appears harmoniously in the space.

glass doors and windows to the residential garden

In the dining room and kitchen area, there are wide glass doors and windows so that the garden view in the center of the residence can be seen. In addition to a wide variety of plants adorning the garden, there is also an elongated swimming pool that is perfect for refreshing.

In this center area, you can see the stone wall from the swimming pool excavation. The reuse of these rocks into walls certainly makes the cost of building a house more efficient. The presence of these rocks also gives the house its own identity. The east and west walls of this open area are decorated with the same patterned tiles as the interior.

open terrace on the first floor

There is also an open terrace with a steel roof structure as its cover. It's a great place to chat with family and friends while enjoying the beautiful garden. In this area, residents can also hold barbecue parties because of the cooking table and also its location close to the kitchen. The wooden floor is one of the natural materials that match in this open area. Not to forget the wicker chairs that add an authentic feel.

master bedroom

One of the uniqueness of this residential house is that the main bedroom is located at the very back of the house. With the rearmost position, of course the bedroom will feel more private, comfortable, and quiet. This large room has a high enough ceiling to make the room feel cool.

The tropical wooden dividing wall between the bedroom and the bathroom is made lower so that there is a large opening between them. Before heading to the toilet and shower area, there is a wardrobe area and a fairly large sink. This space with patterned flooring also brings a natural atmosphere to the garden inside. Of course this makes the bathing atmosphere feel more refreshing. As for the shower area, it is available indoors and also outside the garden area.

second floor plan

The second floor of the residential house is designed to be quite functional. In the main house there are two rooms available. After climbing the stairs and passing through the corridor, there are two doors leading to each room, namely the family room with a bathroom connected to the open terrace, while the other door leads to the bedroom with a terrace facing the central garden of the house.

Meanwhile, the second floor area of the main bedroom building is designed into a terrace with a green roof. The presence of plants on the roof certainly helps reduce the air temperature in the main bedroom. The cool atmosphere in the bedroom will certainly minimize the use of air conditioning so as to save electrical energy.

This eco-friendly residential house is certainly an interesting inspiration for those of you who want to design a house. Although this building appears closed because of all the walls on each side, the inside can present a very beautiful and refreshing open garden. The various materials used, such as natural stones and French-style tiles, characterize the house. Various plants and trees are also present from the front to the back of the house.
